Director General

Dr. Essa Al-Dhafiri

He graduated from the College of Arts at Kuwait University with a degree in Social Work, and earned postgraduate qualifications in Social Research and Islamic Culture. He later obtained both a Master’s and a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies from Jinan University, Lebanon, combining academic expertise with a strong foundation in Islamic scholarship.

Dr. Ghanem Al-Shaheen

University professor, graduated from the University of Manchester (UK), and a faculty member at the College of Basic Education, Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, specializing in educational foundations and educational administration.

Deputy Director General for Communications and Marketing

Dr. Adnan Al-Haddad

Academic and lecturer at the College of Business Studies, affiliated with the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), since 1994. He obtained his Master's degree and advanced postgraduate qualifications in Public Administration from the United States in 1985, in addition to specialized studies in Marketing and Communication.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Philadelphia University, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and advanced through a series of professional positions to become Maintenance Superintendent at the University's Construction Department.

Eng. Abdulmohsen Al-Lahou

Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University and a former executive leader in Kuwait’s oil and petrochemical sector. He worked at the Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) before joining EQUATE Petrochemical Company, where he continued his professional career.
